HabitShift(以下「本アプリ」)は、ユーザーのスマートフォン利用習慣の改善をサポートするアプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリがどのような情報を扱い、どのように保護するかを説明します。
1収集する情報
本アプリは、Appleの Screen Time API(Family Controls / DeviceActivity フレームワーク)を使用して、ユーザーが指定したアプリカテゴリの利用時間のしきい値到達を検知します。具体的には以下の情報を扱います。
- 指定されたアプリ/カテゴリの利用時間がしきい値を超えたことを示すイベント情報(正確な利用時間そのものではなく、しきい値到達のタイミング)
- ユーザーが記録した代替行動(読書、運動、休憩など)の種類・回数・実施時間
- ユーザーが設定したカスタムカテゴリ・アクション名
- 連続達成日数(ストリーク)などの利用実績
2情報の処理方法
上記の情報は、すべてユーザーの端末内でのみ処理されます。本アプリの各機能(本体アプリ、DeviceActivity Monitor拡張、Shield関連拡張)は、Appleが提供する「App Group」という仕組みを使って端末内のストレージ上でデータを共有していますが、これらの情報が外部のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
3第三者への提供
本アプリは、収集した情報を第三者に提供・販売・共有することはありません。広告配信や分析目的での外部SDK・トラッキングツールも使用していません。
4データの保存期間・削除
上記の情報は端末内にのみ保存されます。本アプリをアンインストールすると、これらの情報はすべて端末から削除されます。
5子どものプライバシー
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではありませんが、収集する情報は上記の通り端末外に送信されないため、お子様が利用される場合も同様に外部への情報流出はありません。
6プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やアプリの機能追加に伴い、予告なく変更されることがあります。変更があった場合は、本ページ上で更新日を明記します。

HabitShift (the "App") is designed to help users build healthier smartphone usage habits. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how it is protected.
1Information We Collect
The App uses Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls / DeviceActivity framework) to detect when usage of user-selected app categories crosses a set time threshold. Specifically, the App handles:
- Threshold-crossing event data indicating that usage of a selected app/category has exceeded a set limit (not the exact, continuous usage time itself)
- The type, count, and duration of alternative activities you log (e.g., reading, exercise, breathing exercises)
- Custom category and action names you create
- Usage records such as streak counts
2How Information Is Processed
All of the above information is processed entirely on your device. The App's components (the main app, the DeviceActivity Monitor extension, and the Shield-related extensions) share data locally using Apple's "App Group" mechanism, but none of this information is ever transmitted to an external server.
3Third-Party Sharing
The App does not share, sell, or provide any collected information to third parties. No advertising SDKs or analytics/tracking tools are used.
4Data Retention and Deletion
All information is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all of this data from your device.
5Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at any specific age group. As described above, since no information leaves the device, no data is transmitted externally regardless of the user's age.
6Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated without prior notice to reflect legal requirements or new App features. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date on this page.
